Northgate Premium Wines only crush small parcels of fruit and produce limited yields for our two brands Northgate Estate and M!NX. Vigneron and wine producer Antonio Pollifrone aims to produce a wine that people are enjoying today - tomorrow we may enjoy something different. He aims to satisfy your wine experience and your desire to be different. Being a family owned company we strive to produce the best quality grapes to make premium wines. We are passionate about producing a good wine, therefore every detail is noted.

Today Antonio has established a successful wine growing business with his parents, striving to produce quality tasting wines, producing grapes in an environmentally friendly manner. We are hands-on and meticulous in the vineyard and in winemaking.

Our wines are sourced from our company vineyards in the Adelaide Plains and with selected varieties from the Adelaide Hills. We enjoy what we do! It gives us enormous pleasure to see people enjoying our wines, wines that are truly South Australian.

We continue to spend many hours with winemakers, restaurants and consumers to determine the type of wine people favour. Currently there are four varieties: Shiraz, Sangiovese, Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc.
